We will work with you to identify any services available to you from Hackley Community Care, Muskegon Family Care, and any other available community-based services. The Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Navigation Program (BC3NP)

BC3NP is managed by Kent County Health Department and open to women age 21to 64 for cervical exams and 40 to 64 for breast exams, this program is subject to income and family size guidelines. The eligibility requirements and benefits are set by MDHHS, not Access Health, Inc., and are subject to change at their discretion. Healthy Food Pantries

Dental Care (Volunteer for Dental)

Are you in need of dental care but struggling to fit the cost into your budget? Our pay it forward program just might be for you! Our program offers FREE basic dental services, to those who qualify, by doing volunteer work in the community. We offer exams, x-rays, fillings, tooth removal, cleanings and treatment for gum disease. Volunteer work is done at local non-profit organizations. All dental care is provided by local, private dentists as their way of giving back to the community (they do not receive any compensation).

It’s As Easy As: (1) Attend one dental health class; (2) Complete your volunteer hours; (3) Receive your dental care.

Medicaid Eligibility (MI Child & Healthy Kids) 

Children and pregnant women are required to participate in screening annually to determine if they are eligible for Medicaid, MI Child and/or the Healthy Kids program.

Prescriptions (Pharmaceutical Assistance Program)

Access Health provides members with assistance in applying for pharmaceutical assistance programs, Contact Becky Dekker at 231-766-7101 with questions.

The Muskegon Community Health Project provides assistance in applying for pharmaceutical assistance programs. They are the community liaison between the patient, physician and the pharmaceutical company. This benefit is open to the community. You may contact their office at (231) 672-3201 or (231) 672-3213 to make an appointment or visit one of the following “Access Clinics” (Bring picture id and proof of income):
